We are certain: Due to recurring processes and patterns, a
full text analysis without external OCR is completely possible in SAP. Whether
it is incoming invoices and delivery notes, or payment advices, the
implementation is similar. Position data can be read out, discounts can be identified,
and articles can be mapped. Due to similar patterns, Artificial Intelligence
supports XML mapping through self-learning algorithms. Payment advices can be
automatically recorded and assigned to the corresponding vendor.
The advantages are apparent:

- User Exits can be flexibly adapted with simple ABAP programming, taking master and transaction data into account.
- Cost savings with OCR regardless of the workflow solution used.
- Faster confirmations for liquidity planning.
